The Neighbourhood Miami Gardens Concert reviews
Extremely Disappointed
The disappointment began and ended with the DJ, whose sailor-laced tongue limited his vocabulary to profanity. It felt more like a rib shack's parking lot block party with him rambling and playing bits of songs. The problem was exacerbated by the unusually long wait between performances, forcing us to endure the DJ. The sound crew did a poor job before Tamar Braxton's exceptional performance. Tamar Braxton was the final act I caught, followed by the DJ mentioning Tevin Campbell but delaying for over an hour. I left close to 11pm with the DJ still going, never seeing Tevin Campbell or The Neighbourhood. Many others were also leaving. A 20 to 50% refund would be justified for this overhyped block party.
